Terms and Conditions
Our standard terms and conditions apply to all purchases. These can be found here.
For Theatre Club memberships specifically, if you change your mind about becoming a Member, you may request a refund if you notify the Box Office in writing within 14 days, provided you have not used any of the benefits associated with the membership, including priority booking and / or discounts. If you have accessed any of the benefits associated with the membership a refund will not be granted.
Members’ names and contact details will be stored on a database so that we can send you information and offers relating to your membership which will include marketing information about upcoming shows.
Members will be informed by email of show details, tickets going on sale, ticket prices and the duration of the priority booking period as and when shows are announced.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Friends membership at any time.
Theatre Club memberships last for one year from the date of purchase. The price of membership will be quoted on our website and may be subject to change.
Benefits for memberships purchased online, over the phone or via the Box Office are live with immediate effect, with the exception of ‘Free Account Credit’.
Membership correspondence will be communicated to you by email or second class post. Once processed and/or posted, we will assume that you have received your confirmation letter or email. Please contact the Box Office if you have not received it within 14 days of your membership becoming active.
A Priority booking period of at least 1 day will apply to all new performances that go on sale, except for community ticketed events and creative learning workshops and classes. You will be notified by email when new performances go on sale. Priority booking is accessed once logged in to your account.
Exclusive Theatre Club newsletters will be sent once a quarter by email.
Members only pricing will be listed on the show page and will only be discounted once your reach the basket stage. Discounts will be applied automatically and you’ll not need a code unless otherwise stated. Members pricing will only apply to shows at our Theatre. Ticket discounts cannot be claimed via third party agencies.
Members that wish to exchange tickets to another show will not be charged exchange fees. Where pricing is different between shows, Members will receive either an account credit, or be asked to pay the upgrade.
Included discounts on pre-ordered vouchers will automatically be applied at the basket. Priority Plus and Supporter Members are entitled to a 10% saving. Patron Members are entitled to a 20% saving. Savings are valid on ‘Ice Cream’ vouchers and ‘Visit Our Bar’ vouchers only. You will need to be logged in to your account for savings to apply.
Where applicable, free ticket postage will be applied at the checkout. Please note that postage is not a standard delivery option for all shows. You will need to be logged in to your account for savings to apply.
Account credit will be applied to your account with 48 hours of purchase and will be available at the check out to use on any purchase. Once applied the Account Credit will last for 12 months. Account credit cannot be carried over. Account credit can be checked from the ‘My Account’ section of the website. Supporter Members are entitled to £10 Credit and Patron Members are entitled to £30 Credit.
Members will receive special guest invites to certain events at the Theatre. These are subject to availability and will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Invites may be limited to a specific allocation.
Members will receive a special birthday treat where a birth date is applied to their account. Birthday Treats may vary depending on availability.
Members that join at Patron level will have direct access to a member of staff on a designated phone line in normal working hours. If Members are unable to reach the Concierge they may contact the Box Office team on the main phone number for assistance.
Backstage Tours are private tours of the Theatre and will last approximately 30-45mins. Tours will be arranged directly with a member of the Theatre Management team. Members may be joined by other Members on their tour in groups of no more than 10 people.
Members that join at Patron level will have exclusive access to Members only seating at all new performances. Members Seating is limited and only be available on a first come first served basis. Members Seating will be held for at least 6 weeks from a new show going on sale. After 6 weeks, Members Seating may be released for general sale.
Friends membership can be purchased as a gift. Please purchase online, or contact the Friends Office if you would like more information.
We will contact you in the month before your membership is due for renewal, detailing the expiry date of your current membership and any further actions you may need to take in order to renew your membership.
Memberships are for personal use only and are not intended for businesses or transferable to another person.
We reserve the right to make alterations to Theatre Club without prior notice.
