The Dance Cafe
Sat 18 May
The Dance Cafe cast of 20 young adults have been rehearsing tirelessly over the last 7 months. The show highlights music, dance and costumes throughout the decades starting from the twenties flapper girls, swinging sixties, disco seventies, rap and much more up to present day. It promises to enthrall the audience along the way whatever their age and taste in music. It’s a real foot-tapping, hand clapping spectacle.
However, this project is more than just a performance. It’s about showing the world the incredible things people with disabilities can do when given the chance. It’s about community, breaking down barriers, and celebrating everyone’s abilities. We are excited to share this experience and hope it encourages more inclusivity and understanding.
